At the meeting

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam to co-chair activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea in Thanh Hoa, details as follows:

1. Time of organization: 03 days, from March 24 to March 26, 2022
2. Venue: FLC Samson Golf&Resort hotel, Ho Xuan Huong street, Sam Son city, Thanh Hoa province
3. Scale of event: Regional level, with the participation of leaders of the Party Central Committee, Government, Ministries, Central branches, Korean Embassy, agencies, international organizations of Korea and provinces and cities in the North Central Coast and a number of neighboring provinces and cities to the North including: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh.
4. Organizational units:

5. Number of delegates: expected about 650 delegates

6. Target of the activity: 

• Strengthen the friendly cooperation relationship between the two countries Vietnam - Korea in general and between Thanh Hoa province and Korean partners in particular, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam - Korea; contribute to the successful implementation of Project No. 2471/DA-BNG-DBA-m dated September 22, 2021 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea.

• Strengthening investment, trade and tourism cooperation between Thanh Hoa province and Korean agencies, organizations and businesses. 
• Introduce and promote the beauty of the land and people of Thanh Hoa; effectively create communication about the image of Thanh Hoa province with great potential, many attractive investment, trade and tourism cooperation opportunities to agencies, organizations, businesses, investors, friends in Vietnam and abroad. 

7. Main activities of the event: 

• Thanh Hoa - Korea meeting; with the theme: Convergence of resources, accelerate recovery and sustainable development. 
• Meeting Korea Conference 2022
• Meeting and connecting the delegation of the Korean Embassy, agencies, organizations and businesses to the provinces and cities attending the conference.
• Displaying booths to introduce specific products of provinces and cities and Korean organizations and businesses attending the conference.
• Visit Nghi Son Economic Zone and industrial zones (according to/depending on the registration of delegates)./.
