The total number of tourists in the first 6 months of the year reached 6,820 thousand arrivals, equaling 68.2% of the plan, 2.31 times higher than the same period last year; in which international tourists are estimated at 44.6 thousand arrivals, 2.2 times higher; total tourism revenue is estimated at 11,557 billion VND, equal to 64.5% of the plan, 2.6 times higher. Total state budget revenue in the first 6 months of the year was estimated at 26,334 billion VND, equaling 93.6% of the estimate and increasing 63% over the same period last year.
